Shopvibe at a glance

Shipping costs leak quietly. Adjustments land weeks after the sale, rates drift below what carriers charge, one-box quotes ship as three, and duties get paid but never collected. Shopvibe matches every order to what it really cost to ship.

Charged against cost, per order

Every order is matched to its labels, invoice lines and 3PL charges, so you see what it really cost to ship.

Checkout charged
vs. what it cost

Shopvibe adds up every cost of shipping each order — Shopify Shipping labels, carrier invoice lines, adjustments and 3PL charges — and puts it next to what the customer paid at checkout.

How the comparison works

What gets matched

  • Shopify Shipping labels

Label costs are read from Shopify. No upload needed.

  • Carrier invoice lines

UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL lines matched to the order they shipped.

  • 3PL shipping charges

Shipping lines from your 3PL's bills, matched the same way.

  • Free-shipping orders

Counted as a $0 charge, so the full cost of free shipping shows.

  • Every label on the order

Orders shipped in several boxes add up all their labels.

  • Rows behind every number

Open the order, label or invoice line behind any gap.

Label adjustments
and disputes

Carriers re-measure packages, correct addresses and add surcharges, then bill the difference weeks later. Shopvibe finds every adjustment added after purchase and builds the packet to dispute it.

Who sends the dispute?

Adjustments found

  • Weight and size corrections

Packages re-weighed or re-measured and billed at a higher weight.

  • Address corrections

Per-package fees for fixing a delivery address.

  • Surcharges added later

Residential, delivery area and handling surcharges billed after purchase.

  • Shopify Shipping adjustments

Adjustments Shopify bills you after a label is bought.

  • Dispute packets

CSV and PDF evidence, grouped by carrier. Launch plan.

  • Fix at the source

When the cause is your data, like a missing box size, you'll see which product.

Destinations
and methods

Some rates are just set too low. Shopvibe shows which destinations and shipping methods keep costing more than checkout charges, so you know exactly which rate to fix.

Weekly leakage email on Launch

Broken down by

  • Destination

States, zones and countries where shipping keeps costing more than it earns.

  • Shipping method

The checkout rates customers picked, side by side.

  • Free-shipping thresholds

What free shipping really costs, by destination.

  • Duties paid, not collected

International orders where you paid duties checkout didn't charge.

  • Weekly leakage email

New gaps and the biggest leaks, every week. Launch plan.

  • CSV export

Every finding with its rows, for your accountant or spreadsheet. Launch plan.

Shipping
setup checks

Many leaks start in your settings. Shopvibe flags orders quoted as one box but shipped in several, products with no weight, and shipping profiles with gaps.

What's a profile gap?

Checks

  • Multi-box orders

Quoted as one package, shipped as several labels.

  • Products with no weight

Missing weights make calculated rates quote too little.

  • Shipping profile gaps

Heavy or oversized products on a rate meant for small ones.

  • Duties settings

Markets where you pay duties that checkout doesn't collect.

  • Undercharge checks

Orders that cost more to ship than checkout charged. Free plan.

  • Where to fix it

Each check names the product, profile or rate to change in Shopify.

Every bill,
any format

Upload carrier invoices, 3PL bills and Shopify bills as CSV, PDF or a photo. Shopvibe reads UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, 3PL and Shopify bills and matches each line to the order it shipped.

Which bills can it read?

Sources

  • UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL

Carrier invoices from your own accounts.

  • 3PL bills

Shipping and duty lines from your fulfillment partner.

  • Shopify bills

Shipping label charges and adjustments on your Shopify bill.

  • CSV, PDF or photo

A photo of a paper bill works too.

  • 2 uploads a month free

    Unlimited statement uploads on Launch.

  • 365 days on Launch

A full year of orders audited, against 60 days on Free.

Shipping cost terms,
defined.

The words you'll see in Shopvibe and on carrier invoices, and what each one means.

Shipping leakage
The gap between what checkout charged for shipping and what shipping really cost, added up over many orders. It builds from small per-order gaps that are easy to miss.
Shipping undercharge
An order where the customer paid less for shipping than its labels, adjustments and fees cost. Free-shipping orders count as a $0 charge.
Label adjustment
A charge added to a shipping label after purchase, usually because the carrier re-weighed or re-measured the package, corrected the address, or applied a surcharge.
Dimensional weight
A billable weight calculated from a package's length × width × height divided by the carrier's divisor. When it's higher than the actual weight, the carrier bills the higher number.
Address correction
A per-package fee a carrier charges when it fixes a wrong or incomplete delivery address, billed on a later invoice.
Residential surcharge
An extra fee for delivering to a home instead of a business. It can be added after purchase when the carrier classifies the address as residential.
Multi-box order
An order quoted at checkout as one package but shipped in two or more, so it costs several labels while the customer paid for one.
Shipping profile gap
A gap in your Shopify shipping profiles that lets checkout quote too little, such as heavy or oversized products sharing a flat rate meant for small ones.
Duties paid, not collected
Duties and import taxes billed to you on an international order whose checkout didn't charge the customer for them.
Dispute packet
The evidence for a carrier billing dispute: tracking numbers, invoice lines, and declared versus billed weight and dimensions for each package. Shopvibe builds it; you send it.
Carrier invoice
A bill from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or another carrier that lists each shipment's charges, including adjustments made after the label was bought.
3PL bill
An invoice from a third-party logistics provider. Shopvibe matches its shipping charges to the orders they shipped.

What is Shopvibe?

Shopvibe is a Shopify app that audits shipping costs. It compares what checkout charged for shipping with what each label, carrier invoice and 3PL bill really cost, and shows every gap with the orders and invoice lines behind it. It is listed on the Shopify App Store as “Shipping Cost Audit ‑ Shopvibe” and published by Decision Trees Inc.

Does Shopvibe change my store?

No. Shopvibe only reads. It never edits orders, products, rates or shipping settings. When it finds a gap, it shows the rate or product causing it, and you decide what to change.

Which bills can Shopvibe read?

UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL invoices, 3PL bills and Shopify bills, uploaded as CSV, PDF or a photo. Shopify Shipping label costs are read from Shopify directly, so you don't upload those. The Free plan includes 2 statement uploads a month; Launch is unlimited.

How does Shopvibe find shipping undercharges?

For each order it compares the shipping the customer paid at checkout with every cost of shipping it: Shopify Shipping labels, carrier invoice lines, adjustments added later, and 3PL shipping charges. Orders that cost more to ship than checkout charged are grouped by destination, shipping method and cause, so you can see which rate or product to fix.

What is a shipping label adjustment?

A charge a carrier adds after the label was bought, usually because the package was re-weighed or re-measured, the address was corrected, or a surcharge such as residential delivery applied. Adjustments often arrive weeks after the order, so checkout never charged for them. Our guide to Shopify Shipping label adjustments covers why they happen.

Does Shopvibe dispute charges with the carrier for me?

No. On the Launch plan Shopvibe builds a dispute packet for each group of adjustments, with the tracking numbers, invoice lines, and declared versus billed weight and dimensions. You send it to the carrier through their billing dispute process. See how to dispute UPS and FedEx adjustments.

Does Shopvibe work with a 3PL?

Yes. Upload your 3PL's bills as CSV, PDF or a photo, and Shopvibe matches their shipping charges to your orders the same way it matches carrier invoices.

Can Shopvibe find duties I paid but didn't collect?

Yes. When a carrier or 3PL bill charges you duties and import taxes on an international order whose checkout didn't charge the customer for them, Shopvibe shows the difference as a gap on that order.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan audits 60 days of orders, reads Shopify Shipping label costs, runs undercharge, multi-box and shipping setup checks, and includes 2 statement uploads a month, with no time limit. Launch is $29 per month or $300 per year, with a 14-day free trial, and adds 365 days of orders, unlimited uploads, dispute packets, CSV export, a weekly leakage email and email support.

Where does Shopvibe run?

Shopvibe runs inside Shopify Admin. The app is in English, is published by Decision Trees Inc of Vancouver, Canada, and has been on the Shopify App Store since May 25, 2026. All charges are billed in USD every 30 days.
